No question, Alan Rickman as Hans Gruber in Die Hard. The coolest ever bad guy.

The psycho fan from Misery?

Ramon Rojo, a giggling, drug abusing psycho.

Gary Oldman in Leon is great but I agree with neilsonwheels - though can't remember the name of the film...a true psychopath and there's no escape.
I saw Road Kill recently and the trucker in that is fairly scary.

Rob De Niro, Cape Fear

That Ledger fellow was no match for Jack Nicholson's Joker in the first film.
Anyone who says otherwise is mental.
Like the Joker.

Jack's just too nice in that film, he's more menacing in virtually any of his other roles imo

nicky santoro (casino) or tommy devito (goodfellas)

I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood. You tell the angels in heaven you never seen evil so singularly personified as you did in the face of the man who killed you. My name is Vincent Coccotti.
