    I did a 2 day 170km bike ride last week and seriously chaffed my John Thomas, painfull when I wear liners and scabby at the base 🙂

    I know Simon, all these people with fractures ad stuff don’t know the real meanin of injury, made the shower after a little challenging 🙂

    Crashed yesterday racing dh broke shoulder and collar bone been sat up all night in pain,not a happy man, still took the the win in vets class though!!
