just briefly copied this from the website …my hubby walked the green route yesterday whilst my son and i completed north and south loops and blue routes on the bikes :
anyway he he noticed that there arent enough signposts or a board to say exactly How 'long' each colour coded walk is…. he said the posts are there but there was no mention of the lenght and approx walking times of the walks…. i guess he could have checked the website beforehand lol dont have a go at me im just writing this as he said 'there shud be more info for 'walkers'…

Mum goes there regularly to walk up through the woods to Lord's Seat – a good viewpoint over Bass Lake and Skiddaw.

She also quite likes the cafe. 🙂
