That’s what the modern day mountain biker is turning into, well it seems to be the case in Sheffield anyway.
Moaning at the slightest bit of change which doesn’t directly benefit them. Moaning that trails should be left ‘natural’ but then even more moaning when the council or whoever gets involved and they dont like what they have done. Even moaning that footpaths have been resurfaced and they are no longer a challenge to ride.
Instead of moaning if all this energy was put into maintaining the trails. Win over a few walkers by repairing the bridleways, we’re good at building bike trails but I’m talking more about something that would benefit everybody well apart from the few who don’t like change.
