These Guys are cheap and ship overseas but don't have Hei Hei frames…

what about import tax? or is there a way…ahemm "around" that??

There are a few ways round import duty & VAT.

Item is labeled as:

"Demonstration" or "Sample"

"Warranty replacement"

Or "Gift"

These usually work. Used Demo for a snowboard and gift for a Dura-Ace groupset without problems.

The other way is if you have friends who regularly travel to the States and can be persuaded/cajoled into carrying large bits of luggage.
