  • Which rigid forks for 26" inbred?

    My S/S conversion (pictured earlier) was a 120mm fork bike originally. I fitted 29er rigids because I wanted to keep the original geometry. 29ers have an axle to crown height of around 465mm which is equivalent to running 120mm forks – 26ers are about 440mm.

    Yeah, I get that, fully, just conscious that most consider 120mm too much fork for an inbred anyway, so 29er fork may be too long & spoil it……
