I have a v1 bronson, so 12×142 at the rear. Wheels are hope pro 2 evo and they list a 12mm and x12, which one do I need?

You need this one. Also appears to be the cheapest place for it at the moment.

I think X12 is the correct one (12×142), as opposed to “12mm”, which means 12×135.

yup. You want the X12 one.

It is just the supplied end cap that is slightly different (turned down a bit more) on the XD so it can be fitted after the cassette is installed.
