I seem to have developed a knack of tearing the arse out of my aluminium freehubs with cassettes. to the point where if I need to remove a cassette – I have to destroy the thing by prizing it off with flat head screw drivers, piece by piece.

I’m investing in new freehubs and keen to avoid it happening. Is there a certain type of cassette less prone to this sort of behaviour? They’re on tightly – Everything seems in order…til I go to remove them.

    Help!
