    I’m using 09 Norton Internet security, Have to say it’s their best in ages and doesn’t hog at all and picks up cookies now.

    Seems to be cheaper online PC world towards new years though.

    Norton 2009 is supposed to be good.
    AVG free is good. The paid for version better.

    Microsoft have (only just) released MSE to beta. I’m going to try that. At the moment, I’m using AVG Free.

    Just checked and an OEM version of NIS2009 is £13.79. This is a bit strange as previos versions were significantly more expensive!!

    i found one for £20 but it seems to be through a 3rd party, not sure i trust the site as it went straight to asking for paypal details, have downloaded free AVG for now

    I’ve switched all our systems over from AVG to Avira, which recently won an Extremetech shootout. Seems top notch so far. AVG was getting a bit bloaty imho.
