Which 100/120mm Q/R 26 inch fork?

Hi guys, a friend of mine is in the market for a 100/120mm travel, Q/R fork. 1 1/8th steerer.

He’s asked me about these DT Swiss XMM forks http://www.winstanleysbikes.co.uk/product/36228/DT_Swiss_XMM_100_Race_QR_Remote_Forks_2010

I was wondering if, for the price, there are any better forks out there?

Maybe the Rockshox SID RL’s from Merlin?

Any help appreciated.
