Meeting some mates at Mabie in a couple of weeks so I want to stay nearby the night before. A hostel would be ideal but it seems to be a bit of a desert in that respect. Any ideas?

its spot on, we’ve stayed a couple of times and used it as a base for the Dumfires 7 stanes, you can either camp or use the bunk

The Mabie house hotel does “pods” I thin they are 35 quid for the night and sleep four.
