Mallorca is more likely than not to be cold and wet in January. The Canary Islands are a better bet. I’d reckon on Tenerife as a starter for ten. Check out Rowan Sorrel’s section in Find. I rode some off road out there on the crosser earlier in the summer. Good riding but rocky with a lot of stone pitching on some of the trails.
