  • Where to go to for a long weekend in October?

    Had been thinking SwitchBacks, but seems booked up.

    Where’s good for a 3/4 day weekend trip next month? Have a pass from the Mrs, need to make use of it.

    Anything from uplift DH to AM/technical XC stuff, ideally some jumps and that, which doesn’t involve too much travelling.

    Quantocks, but then people moan at me for always bigging them up. But you should try to hook up with a local if you did to find the best stuff. Sharki is an excellent guide if he is in the area.
