We're planning a trip to the UK and will be joining friends whilst they are camping with their kids, one is 6 and the other 4. Now, I've never planned a holiday before with kids involved, normally just bikes, mountains, beer etc.
Can anyone recommend a good location or maybe camp site around the middle of England which would offer a good base for kid related activities?
My though was maybe around Ashbourne, whilst it would be nice next to the coast would we really apprecaite it in early June? Could maybe head to skeggy but they often go there anyway so somewhere new would be nice.
Any bright ideas?
