I’ve had a few pairs from http://www.spex4less.com/ over the years.
They’ve always been fine to deal with and repaired one set that broke after over a year, free of charge.

Buy your frames off eBay then take them to your local reputable opticians or send them away to Rupp & Hubrach in Germany.

Have you had a look at Tesco? Frames and lenses from £20 a pair
