I find the instore Jessops labs vary from store from store.

Sadly most of the old timer staff that used to work with the Fuji Frontier kit when they were first installed have moved on, bad board decisions and low moral have hit this firm hard.

But if you do find one run by "old timers" the quality and service can be very good.

If it's BW development you want then you can get Ilford process paid envelopes from… http://www.7dayshop.com/catalog/default.php?PHPSESSID=&filterwords=ilford+process+paid&x=4&y=6&filterwordsalldb=1 for between £8 and £9, Ilford guarantee a 5 day turnaround and the quality of the prints are superb.
