Tea tray? Bloody tea tray! Luuuuuuxury…….

"We had to make do with an old sheet of plastic, that we'd previously buried t'dog in, and snow was PROPER snow back then o'course, none of this organic, clean girly snow get today.

We'd go out for a snowball fight to get cleaned off after our shift down t'pit and snow were that toxic that only half of us would survive.

Course, snow enhanced the meagre northern diet: Snow butties, snow surprise, etc, etc…………"

Petrol stations up by mine all sell snow shovels and sledges this time of year. And those weird little sledges that are also snow shovels but are probably sod all use for either.
