Sorry, I Know I’m being terribly lazy and should just spend time hunting and analysing specs and prices… Where’s a good place to go hunting?

Budget is £350 tops, preferably £300. Biased to Lenovo, based on previous experience. For the youngest who needs one for school, doing computer science, so he tends to hog our main one too much.

I’ve recently bought one from the Dell outlet store and am very pleased with it.

    Ours came from Scan.

Recommended by my self professed leisure/hobbyist IT geek colleague. Excellent service and good value.

Have used Laptopsdirect.co.uk several times in recent years and they have always been amazingly quick to deliver the goods whilst still offering lowest prices.

Chose my spec and model and then bought 4 from ebay. Had to wait a while though
