Whytetrash, think you'll like Nant Yr Arian, it's a cracking example of a trail centre done right. If you're doing the long route, take a Crud Catcher for the middle section, as it gets a bit sheepy in places.
I'm taking a friend of the GF's for a local ride on Saturday, then hopefully on Sunday doing my first CX race of the year! Then playing bike polo afterwards if I have any energy left...
