Has for single items, have for plural i.e.

“It has been added to the tracker” or
“They have been added to the tracker”

    The whole sentence is:

All boxes audited.1 location in error with 1 missing handset and “has” been added to the tracker blah blah blah.

    ….is this correct?

    No, It’s sloppy jargonese English.

“1 location incomplete and missing 1 handset, which has been added…..”

If you change the ‘and’ to a ‘which’ it would read far more comfortably.

If it’s after “can”, must be “has”
