On sunday next week i am doing the biking leg of the wimbleball half iron man – 56 miles BUT 6k ft of climbing. I am feeling pretty good fitness wise and know their is nothing more i can do in the lead up, BUT i want to ride my bike this week. Am i being stupid? When would you rest from?

Easy spins all week, nothing too long. But I’d not stop riding altogether.

Seem to suggest 940ish m of climbing – unless it’s a different course – but in any case what njee said. Definitely ride.
