I have an neighbour who’s getting on a bit and just out of hospital, he can walk a hundred yards or so with a wheeled frame, but he and his wife really miss biking, and I said I’d find out about the possibility of PABA having one.

Yes they do, or did last year. Best ring though as it may be requiring attention before you visit.
