Wheelbase any good for mail order?

I'm about to take the plunge and grab a prophet 2 before the all go. Wheelbase seem to have stock in my size. Are they any good for mail order? I've only popped into the shop in passing before.

I bought a Yeti off them & it all arrived without problems
They were also quick to sort out a warranty problem

I bought a Yeti off them too,arrived quickly,well packaged and the postage was reasonable. I'd buy off them again.
