I’m thinking of trying to make my mega a bit lighter. I’m running 26″ DT Swiss 5.1D wheels on hope pro 2 hubs at the moment and wondering whether it’s worth swapping to something like a mavic crossmax sx. Anyone know if this would be a significant enough weight saving exercise?

DT built a factory ex1750 wheel set with the 5.1/5.2d rims at 1750g. The crossmax looks like 1780g so your current build would need to have porky spokes to make swapping to the sx’s make much sense.
