Looks like a Sirrus? But pretty low end going by the cranks

The Boardman beside it’s a good un- hydro brakes, carbon forks, nice frame, pretty good sensible commuter spec throughout

Boardman team thingy next to it would be a good bike if it were cheap too!

I spy a cube ltd and a couple of bianchis though coudn’t say what they are: one seems to be a hybrid and the other drop bar, carbon bladed fork/seatstays and low end shimano.

The pick of the bunch is the Carrera TDF. Because it’s yellow.

    There’s loads in the catalogue.

I went through the catalogue a couple of weeks ago – there were loads of bikes but some were just listed as “A green bike” or similar!

Also seeing them gives a (slightly) better indication of what state they’re in (some appear to be missing important details such as wheels and saddles)

Well, there’s a grey Scott voltage in that catalogue.

Who knows, “A Black, no name bike” could be a chinese carbon wonderbike

Question. Where would you look online to find out where the next, and nearest Police auction would be happening ?

some good stuff there – with regards to electronic items – is there the chance to see them working etc, or do you buy on the chance that it doesn’t work when you plug it in?

In London Frank G Bowen organise all the police auctions. I follow them on twitter which is where these photos came from. Auctions are every 2 weeks (and each auction has dozens of bikes!)
Viewing is the day before and the morning of the auction I think but I’m not sure if you’re allowed to start up the tools or not.
