    So in real life, I can be profesional at work, but arse around in the pub. Its quite easy not to let one affect the other.

    But as I found out when editing my professional blog entry a few minutes ago, its very easy for your professional social media to be “accidentally” linked to you arsing about on a popular cyclist based forum. We know the latter can be quite damaging;

    Explain then, why if you were the boss of someone, why hearing about them arsing around on social media is considered more destructive than hearing them acting the fool in the pub….?

    Is it really a good idea to post that under the circumstances?

    Not everyone gets to hear about you pub antics…forever.

    There is an easy solution. I’m as much of a (insert your word of choice here) in real life at work as I am here, what you see is what you get. Don’t have a different online and real-life persona!
