    Change a Shimano gear cable, specifically is there an easy way to get that little grommet/plug back into the shifter without it falling and hiding in a corner of the floor? Obviously I could be less clumsy, but wonder if there is a knack I’m missing

    A bit of blue-tac on the end of the screwdriver works.
