  • Whats the best internet and tv deal out there?

    I have just bought a apartment and need a fairly decent internet connection speed.Does anyone know of any great deals flying around for either just internet or with tv channels thrown in,i will also need to pay for a phone line.Im not too fussed about any expensive movie or sports channels.Any help much appreciated. 😉

    I pay about £40 a month for Virgin Media which gets me a phone, 20mb broadband and a Tivo box with basic TV.

    Freeview on your telly = Free.
    VOIP Modem for your phone = £10-£20, no line rental. Connect to broadband router. Join a VOIP provider and only pay for what you use.
    Virgin Cable Only (30 meg) = I signed up for £17.50 for first 3 months, then £22.50. I think there was a £50 install fee.
