    you know, the bit that holds the disc that more often than not is broken when the cd is delivered!(just doing some ebaying, don’t want to be pulled up for not describing damage properly)

    Are you really going to dispute a purchase because the case is broken?
    They might say you only paid for the cd and the case was free (unless it stated an unbroken case in the description)!

    Personally, I’d call it the tray.
    Either that or explain that the tangs on the internal disc retention system are notfunctioning at maximum efficiency.
