Some great photos folks.

You know the sky might be blue here in paphos, Cyprus. But I miss the green in those pictures.
🙁
But I don’t miss the wet that makes the green.

my local playground (albeit a 30 min train/car ride out of town)

not much in the way of trails around Munich… there are the trails along the river, but they are currently a bit of a mudfest. being mostly flat with a few short (20m) climbs and decents you need to be a bit of a whippet on a whippet bike to make the most of them. i am neither a whippet or have a whippet bike.

Local hills have some great gravel shooting tracks, and some nice bits of singletrack if you know where to look, also some nice all weather trails like this…

Miles of sandy single track above the coastline…

Miles of sandy loam singletrack inland a bit…

Back on the coast we got dunes…

And miles of techie rocks on the coast at low tide below that flat sandy stuff folk say is boring to ride on those freakin fatbikes

I live pretty close to the north downs, so 15 minutes of riding gets me here

This was an early morning ride where I had climbed out of the mist.

10 minutes walk

Though this is one of the drier bits at the moment, I hate it when it’s this bad.

On the doorstep? At the rented house is next doors car parked just far enough onto the pavement to stop anyone getting past with a pram, at the other one that we’ve just bought is a garden that resembles day of the triffids.

Motorman: I miss Lossiemouth, please enjoy it!

For those who live in these places and complain about not riding, check out my contours!

Pretty much like that for at least an hours drive in any direction.
