now drinking some Pinot Noir, to be followed with a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale (and perhaps a bottle of my own clone of said SNPA), a Fullers Black Cab and a can or two of Abbott Ale. Bit bored of my other stock so having a night off the home brew stout & porter.

Mad Max is on t’telly later and I’ve never seen it, so that’s set for record while I watch the newly-out-of-Ken-Bates’-ownership LUFC beat the Smoggies on The Football League Show later. MOT without KB.

Eating. Dry run of Christmas dinner starter and dessert (a Glyn Purnell shrimp salad and a messed around black forest gateau – a Roux recipe chocolate fondant, cherry sorbet, ice cream and cherry sauce).

Drinking. About to crack open a Hoegaarden.

Listening. The dodgy covers that the Strictly celebs are dancing to.

Had mushroom risotto.
