As per title really based on the following senario.

    1/ No mortgage to repay.
2/ No other debts to repay.
3/ No desire to change car.

Just a bit of fun really and interested to hear why you would do with it what you say you will?

    Amuse me please 🙂

Given that scenario, it’s in the bank for a rainy day for me.

Neither need nor want anything at the moment, so tuck it away for when the time comes that I do!

First off, I’d get the comma and apostrophe buttons on my keyboard swapped over 😉

Probably be sensible and get the double glazing on the house done and a new kitchen sorted.

    God. That is depressing.

    Stash it for retirement.

    Or Lego.

If it really was surplus to requirements I guess I’d use it to plan a massive ski holiday with a load of people who wouldn’t normally go because of cost. Then hopefully have a bit left over to be charitable with.

I’d spend it on champagne to celebrate the mysterious disappearance of my mortgage.

    I’d do the grand divide.

That’s the sort of money that wouldn’t change your life in any long term way but could allow you a bit of space to do something that you’d remember for the rest of your life.

As a professional pimp, I have access to more coke and hookers than I know what to do with.

Probably spend it on an attic conversion….

    It’s only £15k. You might have to settle for a 10mm spanner….

Boring but I’d not really want to splash out on anything at the moment. I’d probably sandbag the money and treat myself to things as I see them.

Last year I saw a really nice strata abarth for 3.5k, I’d pick up things like that 🙂

Retirement, double glazing, rainy day funds, jeeeeezus, what is the age range here? Fair play for still being able to ride bikes!

I would probably blow 2 or 3 grand putting on a club night in Bristol for my freinds, then go snowboarding in USA or canada for a month. I would have bought a new snowboard and would definitely need to get a decent bike too. Would probably head to Morrocco or some other African country for a month or so too to make the most of the last of the money, or perhap fly down to Mexico rather than Morocco seeing as I’d be over there anyway.

Why? To have fun and remember what it’s like to be alive!!

I’d be looking for a safe, low-risk investment in these troubled times. Get down the bookies and heave 15G on the canny Scots saying no to independence, currently at 1/7.
