need to fit new seals and just owndering what weights of oil i need for the uppers and lowers and quantities. can i just use synthetic engine oil??

I think it’s 5wt for the damper and 15 wt everywhere else. If you know what year they are then check the SRAM weebby. They tend to have it all there.

5wt oil in the top of right stanchion. Fill it so that the oil level sits about 5-10mm above the bottom seal on the compression damper.
15wt in each lower leg. 15ml each side.
