Any recommendations or advice on a setup would be much appreciated?

I’m going around in “circles” at the moment? I was thinking of a wheel off turbo (due to wheel slip) and stuck between the Neo and Kickr. Noise and reliability are the overriding factors and whilst the Tacx has one I’m not convinced of the other.
