    With all the NOTW/hacking stuff that’s going on it’d be the perfect time to rush something through unnoticed. I dont for one second believe that the government will miss that trick – so what is it that they’re pushing through?

    they rushed through [24 hr]legislation to enable the police to continue with bail – ie to maintain the status quo, that existed prior to, the lords ruling.
    More likely to dump bad news.

    well theres this one
    as far as i can tell the condem plan is to privatise the whole of the public sector

    or possibbly some kind of ppp

    seems outrageous after recent revelations about abuse in private care homes and the collapse of souther cross

    but now everyones upset about the times probing into gordons sick children theres even more chance itll get through
