What are the alternatives to a hacksaw for cutting slotted angle?

Looking at building some stuff with it and don’t want to spend hours cutting the lengths.

    Any suggestions?

look up ‘dexion angle cutter’ basically a guillotine but for cutting angled sections. Can be pricy though unless you get lucky with something second hand on ebay

Cheaper (in the short run) is a Evolution saw. Much much nosier and messier though and replacement blades are expensive and it seems to me the quality of the blades has slipped over the years.

Cheapest is an angle grinder but thats also the messiest and most dangerous (people are quite cavalier about them but I’m getting a bit sick of taking people to A&E and pale and faint because they can see bone). They start good fires too.

Would be great but costs nearly £400!

    Might try the angle grinder.

£100 to £150 on ebay and you could probably sell for the same when you’re done, so effectively free.
