Hi chaps,

My Shimano AM42s are too flexy for my liking, theyre also a bit too roomy. The size down was too small.

What insoles that are stiff but also reduce volume would you recommend?

I bought some orthopeadic insoles from boots for just that reason in my 5.10’s, Dr somethingorothers “sports insoles”, they’re about £28. There was a cheaper own brand version, but they’re in the 3rd pair of shoes now so they last indefinately so it doesnt seem too bad in the long run!

They also did what they were designed to do, stopped the arches of the feet getting tired and cured my knee pain.
