I just bought myself a set of the new Hope Tech V2s for my downhill and X2 for my hardtail bikes respectively. I have braided hose on both but one of the olives rolled away never to be seen again and I split one of them trying to get it back on!

Does anyone know what type/size of olive I need for this system as the ones I ordered seem longer and bigger than the original ones and as such don't work.

You'll need the 5mm ones, sounds like you have the older 6mm types.

Thanks people. Email is in profile smarty but will email you too. These brakes are great but the braided hose are a devil to cut and re-thread the olive onto.
