I have been running tubeless for 3 years now, using Bonty Super Juice, never had a puncture until yesterday near Honister...a 1mm snakebite in a brand new tyre which saw all the freshly put in wheel milk from JRA just piss out all over the wheel along with all the air. I was under the impression that this was the kind of thing that should be sealed by Latex. The Wheel Milk is very watery, do you reckon its been diluted too much by JRA or am i expecting too much?
what should latex seal.......?
I prefer the stans latex as the crystals in it seem to bridge gaps better than others imo. snakebites don't always heal without a patch
Its the wheel milk. Ive just moved to Stans from wheel milk and the difference is night and day - no more sweating through the sidewalls, it actually seals stuff too.
yeah i found wheel milk didnt seal punctures very well so i switched to stans which is much much better
