    Hi my mates got some old XTR shifters and positioning with the Hope TECH2 levers is a pain. Can anyone recommend some shifters to use.

    I have used the latest XT shifters (minus the window) and the latest XTR shifters with mine. Both worked a treat.

    get the hope piggy back clamps? I'm running my X9s with them and it keeps things really nice and clean

    Anyone know if the hope XTR adapters are out yet – I emailed Hope about 2 months ago and I think they said Sept?

    if you run the brakes pretty inboard and one finger brake you get great leverage, a comfy position and if you set them up pretty close ot the bar with minimal free stroke it should help reduce hand pump a bit. i use xts with the windows off with no interference whatsoever.

    No windows here SLX and XT and set up for one finger braking all fits with no problem
