    Me 60psi.For 175lb rider I think I should be upping the pressure.

    Depends very much on the shock and bike, but your bodyweight in psi is usually a good starter for a Fox rear.

    60psi!!!! How big is the can on your shock? Is it one of those massive foes shocks? I run about 90psi in my forks.

    I run about 220psi in my Monarch+ on my Enduro. The accepted rule of thumb for a starting point is 1psi per lb of weight. I am just about on that fully kitted up.

    160 or so here, a few percent less than my weight.

    On my Orange 5 I used 160psi for about 30% sag (small air can). I’m 12.5 stone, so add some for kitted up. On my new Stumpy I use 180psi for 25%ish (maybe less), but the compression damping is virtually non-existent. When I get it serviced I’ll get them to firm up the compression which will mean I can use less pressure.
