    Stone Terrace built in 1913 reigning monarch at the time was George V so is it georgian or does the actual deisgn dictate what style it is?

    its edwardian, my house was built in 1915, its edwardian arts and crafts,
    were really luck it still all its original fireplaces, which we use 😛

    Agreed. "Georgian" would very roughly be the 18th Century, i.e. before George V.

    Period and style don't really mean the same thing so without seeing the house the style could be absolutely anything, and even then there's no clear cut lines between styles.

    If you are, you'll probably want to refer to it as "Edwardian" 🙂
