– Regularly write letters to my MP and sign petitions
– Work for a charity that aims to regenerate communities and improve the lives of disadvantaged young people through music
– Buy most of my food (and lots of other stuff) from local independent shops and market stalls – locally sourced and ethically produced as much as possible
– Do free work for a human rights charity
– Try to challenge misinformation and prejudice wherever I see it, and encourage critical thinking
