As above really, purchased something of here which is not as described infact in my opinion, faulty, have emailed the seller – watch this space, what happens if they dont respond or assist ?

Calm down dear – wait for response – never mind what if this or what if that – wait a bit ….

If they are decent chaps they will refund you in full once you have returned the goods. It will be your responsibility to return the said items – and if they are really nice they will refund you your postage costs.

Or they may just ignore your emails and we can have a name and shame campaign which is far more fun for us but obviously not so great for you 😆
