My Brother is singlespeeding an old Kona Explosif and wants to replace the old suspension forls with some rigid forks.

He’s been watching ebay closely for any fork bargains and I’ve had an eye out on the classifieds. Looking at the cost the triple butted Project 2’s go for, and the fact he needs a long steerer tube (210mm) it looks like a new fork might be his only option. I’ve got a bike fitted with RC31’s which I’ve been really impressed with. Now the One On carbon forks are expensive again, I thought the Superstar Carbon forks would be a good option; they always seemed to get good reviews on here.

Seem to have disappeared from the Superstar website. Are they no longer available? If not, any suggestions for a cheap, light, forgiving rigid fork, 1 1/8″ with disc mount?

The Syuperstar forks are also available as White Bros, Nukeproof, Exotic and some others I believe.

I got some Exotic ones and they’ve been great … £90 off ebay I think.
