    As above, just rebuilding my frame – a NP Mega if that makes any odds? Got copper anti-seize and some Teflon TF2.

    Are you asking what grease to use when pressing the cartridge bearings into the frame?

    Or are you asking what grease to put inside the cartridge bearings?

    There’s sealed bearings which are new, so fine. Then there’s the cylindrical bushings, which I’m thinking need lubricating? Sorry, probably a poorly worded question.

    i would use copperslip on threads and teflon on surfaces.

    If they are a bush they are often supposed to be put together dry. I’d check with nuke proof if I were you.

    It was going to be blue loctite for the threads……due to the design and sealed bearings it looks as though all/most movement happens within there, so I think I’m really just wanting to keep all the crud out!?
