Current carpet is getting trashed due to the wheels on the chair so I’m looking for some other options for a 8x8ft space. Laminate would get trashed by the wheels and I don’t want tiles so what other hard wearing options are there?

I’ve just ordered all the stuff for my new home office. I just ordered a clear carpet protector thing. Like a big rug. Might look rubbish though.
