dmr v12 magnesium’s. really good grip on skake style shoes and weigh naff all. or similar wellgo copies are pretty good too.

V12 pedals have standard grub screws, so no use.

Current pedals are Wellgo MG1, which are ace but Pitfichie ripped the pins out!

I love xpedo pedals but they seem hard to find. The pins are removed by a spanner.

Dare I say the superstar components ones look good and fit the bill. Probably be my next set of pedals.

I really like my Tioga Surefoot MXPro pedals.

Just got some straitline pedals. So far seem better grip than DMR V12’s.
More expensive than you want £99. Think can get them from leisure lakes for £79.

I love my Wahwahs, they are excellent. Really grippy, good pin design and feel lovely under foot.

Well I have those superstar ones you mention. I have the first ones thast came out though without the other pins. I love the shape of the platform I think its my favourate of any pedal. They are lasting ok too. I have bashed them around a bit and I dont think they have any play yet. Its only a matter of time though all my pedals seem to get loads of play in the end, even my easton flatboys.

why do you specifically want pins that are removable from behind?

DMR v12s. Yes they are pricey but mine have been going strong for a couple of years now with 1 half assed, regrease, service.

nanos’ all the DMR style stuff is too chunky, too high from axle..

Wellgo Magnesiums. 35 quid from merlin, 330g….

That said they have grub screws rather than bolts – sealed bearings tho.

Another Wellgo Mad fan here too, with 5-10 shoes….

Straitlines are great and have the backup service you’d expect from Ferrari…

No bearings, just bushes. They dig into my DX shoes really well. I have seen some nasty shins so you have been warned but these pedals are expesnive and you get what you pay for… 😈

Over budget but loving my Straitlines (£79 also) A real improvement over the DX/Dmrs i have been running forever.

Would like pins from the rear, as I hope they’ll be more resistant to ripping the thread out of the pedal.

Curent pedals lost four pins on one side at the race, so are now useless!
