When you (or your family) aren’t in the mood for cycling to fill your spare time and weekends what else do you get up to?

I know that in recent years Mountain biking has dominated both my time and that of my wife and I think we both feel a bit burned out from it so we’ve decided not to let it take over this year and do some other things. A rest is as good as a change I guess.

So what else do you folks do to fill your leisure time?

    I’m sorry I don’t understand

Sad I know but the time off the bike is spent either thinking about the last ride, planning the next one or browsing Chain Reaction. Everything else is just a distraction.

My 5x real-life size statue of Eric Pickles, constructed entirely from pickled eggs and Gherkins, took up most of my waking hours. Now finally finished after 3 years, I have to confess I’m at a bit of a loss as to what to do with myself now. What pickled products would you suggest for a similar one of Michael Gove?

Admire Pinky’s rug. It’s a very nice rug I shall have you know.

Probably explains why the dog keeps acting a bit odd when I get home at night though.

Mainly tugging it til it falls off, tbh. Which, fortunately, it hasn’t yet. That and complaining, incessantly.
