What does Muc-Off cleaner actually do?

used this (or similar) for years, it always works very effectively, never caused any damage – some mention salt content, but its not left on the bike 😉

I always use it on my MTB when washing at home, or customers MTB’s at work when really muddy

for road bikes and mud-free bikes at work we use this (Rozone) its very effective, we’d then use a diluted mix of muc-off and water to lift any residue the Rozone leaves behind before applying a polish to frameset and components

probably not the kind of thing you’d have at home (unless you have a proper workshop and deep pockets) but a very impressive bit of kit
